Too often educational and mental health services are offered “piece meal.” At Academic & Behavioral Center we take the time and energy to fully assess all the life domains of an individual. Our services are custom “tailored” to meet the individual’s needs. We do not belong to or subscribe to pre-packaged (“one size fits all”) behavioral health or educational programs. We are true professionals who have the skills to assess, evaluate and treat behavioral and academic problems. Lesson plans and treatment plans are individualized utilizing the latest research on behavior, learning, and development. We believe in a broad-based, systemic approach to helping people. Therefore, we make every effort to work in harmony with the individual’s family, educational and professional life. We strive to make services affordable and accessible to all by participating in health plans, private pay plans, sliding scale fees, free initial consultations and 2 fully paid scholarships per year. Services are available in Spanish and all facilities are handicapped accessible. |
